Tracking Your XO Order
Your order will be shipped from one of our three depots across the globe (UK, US, and China). Depending on the product, it will be dispatched from one of these locations and delivered within the dates stated in your order confirmation email. If your order contains multiple products, do not be concerned if these arrive in separate deliveries, as they may have been dispatched from different locations.
If your order is dispatched through a tracked delivery service, you will receive an email containing tracking details once your parcel has left our depot.
XO orders can now be tracked using AfterShip. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. To track your parcel, simply enter the tracking number into our dedicated AfterShip tracking page:

Additional Information:
- Typically, your XO order tracking number will consist of a combination of letters and numbers. For example: UF203735457YP.
- Enter your tracking number on the AfterShip page linked above to find the current location and status of your order.
